Thank you for a very good stay. This ideal hotel has nice looking and brand-new rooms, located 12 miles from Merignac airport. The location is favourable and personnel is excellent. There is an excellent restaurant at a moderate distance from property.

The room here is spacious with a city view, and the food for both dinner and breakfast is exceptional.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing! They had a wide variety of options including pancakes, pastries, cheese, sausages, bacon, and fresh oranges. The staff, especially Claudia, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They even provided us with hotspots, taxis, and umbrellas when it was raining. Another great advantage was the convenient location of the hotel, it was right next to the train station and had easy access to trams and buses.

One downside of the hotel was the noise insulation. It could be improved with a small plastic band around the room's door.

I had a great stay at this hotel right in front of the train station. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to assist me, even chilling wine and cooking food that I had purchased from a nearby supermarket. The rooms were very good, cozy, and even had a little kettle for making tea. The breakfast had a good variety, including pancakes, pastries, bread, French cheese, sausages.
